Mauritius: let us take time to relax, smile and be positive

Mauritius is well-known to be a place of exceptional beauty, peace, calmness and relaxation. We are thankful to Almighty Allah to provide us with such bounties and blessings.

In order to show gratefulness to all the numerous gifts granted freely to us, we need to relax, meditate and reflect about all the things that we have, instead of focusing on what we don’t. Isn’t?

All of us have the capacity and the ability to make our lives peaceful and to help our families, friends and colleagues to live happily on earth.


1. Everyday, take at least 5 mns of your time to full dedication of silence

2. And every evening, make your bath a moment of pleasure. Relax and enjoy this time

3. Then enjoy the food you eat. Instead of sitting in front of the television and not knowing what you are swallowing, take your it to thank Allah for the food He gave you….

4. Watch some images, pictures that bring peace to your mind.

5. Learn to admire nature

6. Before going to bed, take another 5 mns to meditate …..
