Many people are still confused about the Day of Arafat. They continue asking when they should fast?

On the 9th of zul hijja or on the 10th?

1. Well, you should understand that the day of Arafat is the day where all pilgrims gather on the plain of Arafat. This day is on the 9th of zul hijja. And it is called the day of Arafat.

2. This has nothing to do with the sighting of the moon. And you cannot wait the next day to fast because the next day is Eid-Ul Adha

3. Eid ul Adha starts immediately after Arafat. That is, Eid-Ul-Adha falls on the 10th of Zul Hijja

After confusing statement is that people must fast two days. This does not concern Arafat. Arafat is only on the 9th

One Ummah – One Eid
